We stand by the integrity of our products. If they are damaged,, unsealed or otherwise unusable on arrival, please immediately reach out to us at toyourhealth@ginax.ca. Include the order number and a photo of the damage. A customer success rep will arrange to fix the issue.

Due to the nature of our products, except in the case of damaged products, requests for refunds will not be considered at this time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays because of the postal service but these problems are outside of our control.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (it you use a priority shipping only) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within (see estimated shipping time) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at toyourhealth@ginax.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
